Both. If you have a brand, we honour it. If you don't, we'll either point you to a brand designer we trust or roll a lightweight visual system into the project for a small uplift.
Stock imagery, paid fonts, third-party plugin licenses, hosting, and custom illustration. Anything billable is itemised in the quote — you'll never get a surprise invoice.
50% to kick off, 50% on launch. We invoice in USD, EUR, or GBP via Stripe or wire. Retainer clients are billed on the 1st.
Yes. Every WordPress build ships with custom blocks, sane field labels, and a Loom walkthrough so a non-technical teammate can update copy and images.
30 days of email support is included with every project. Past that, you can roll into a monthly retainer or just ping us when you need something — we charge in 15-min increments.
