1 · The short version
If something we sold you isn't right, write us within 30 days and we will refund you in full. We do this because (a) it's the right thing, and (b) we'd rather a happy non-customer than a frustrated one. The longer version covers the edge cases.
2 · Digital products (templates, plugins, reports)
Digital products can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. We'll ask why — so we can fix things or recommend something better — but a refund is yours either way.
- Full refund returned to the original payment method.
- Your license is revoked and download links disabled.
- Any installed copies must be removed.
3 · Service engagements
3.1 · Before work begins
If you've paid a deposit but we haven't started, you may cancel for a full refund.
3.2 · After work begins
Once work has started, you may cancel at any time on 14 days' written notice. You will be invoiced for the work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated as a percentage of the total project scope. Any prepayment in excess of that amount is refunded within 7 working days.
3.3 · The "Lighthouse 100" guarantee
For the Speed Pass service: if we can't push your site to 100/100 on mobile Lighthouse within the agreed timeline, we will refund the difference — or the full fee if we miss the goal entirely.
4 · Physical prints
Printed goods (e.g. the Tailwind Cheat-Sheet) can be returned, in original packaging and unused, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus return shipping. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced free of charge — send a photo of the damage and we'll ship a replacement the same week.
5 · How to request a refund
The fastest way:
- Reply to your order-confirmation email with "Refund please" and a short note.
- Or write to [email protected] with your order number.
- Or open a ticket from your account → Orders.
We don't gate refunds behind forms or hoops. A short email is enough.
6 · Processing time
We acknowledge refund requests within one working day. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 working days. Stripe and PayPal then take a further 3–10 days to land the funds in your account, depending on your bank. International transfers may take longer.
7 · Exceptions
The following are not refundable:
- Service deliverables that have been signed off and accepted by you, beyond the 30-day window.
- Items purchased with a coupon code in excess of 50% off (we'll honour these case-by-case).
- Custom or "white-label" work where we've removed our credit at your request.
- Anything purchased more than 12 months ago.
8 · Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than your card issuer. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in immediate revocation of any licenses and account access. We dispute fraudulent chargebacks vigorously.
